Bo de B = Bo de bomb

I know I know, as if I don't already post enough about food.

But I mean, come one, how often do you get a sandwich with freshly grilled chicken, avocado sauce, garlic, cilantro, olives, legumes, corn, manchega spanish cheese, and onions on soft and freshly baked french bread?

I have come to the conclusion, that the absolutely best places, are little hole in the wall gems.

This sandwhich was so flavorful, my mouth was in heaven.

Off to Portugal for an exciting adventure with my girls this weekend <3
